George graduated from a local culinary school, and has apprenticed under many European chefs. Most of his culinary career was in Atlantic City and New Jersey Casinos, but he left to pursue other Metropolitan areas such as New York, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia.
George is a supporting sous chef on a Food Network hit television reality show. He has been on many other television and radio shows.
Chef George has also been involved in many charitable events and through those events he has personally cooked for many V.I.Ps. George Kralle is the new Executive Chef at the Merion in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. He aspires to take the Merion to another level of culinary excellence. Not necessarily by reinventing the wheel but enhancing old classics and be able to show new ideas of his cuisine favorites.
