Specialty Custom Cakes and Wedding Cakes
Our pastry chef would love to meet you! We recommend that all custom specialty cakes are ordered through a personal cake consultation. This way, we can meet and design a cake together to match your event or special occasion theme.

We kindly ask that you call at least one month in advance for specialty cake requests; and 3 months for wedding cakes. Prices for our custom cakes are based on complexity, size and design.
Consultations and Tastings
Specialty cake consultations are complimentary.
If you would like to participate in a cake tasting during the consultation, each 4” tasting cake is $20.00. We recommend that you limit your choices to 3 cakes, but feel free to pick as many (or as little) as you would like. If you choose The Merion to make your cake (which we hope you do!), the cost of your cake tasting will be deducted from the final cost of your cake.

The Merion’s Patissserie Delivery Service
We would be happy to deliver your cake to you. Our delivery prices are based on mileage from our Cinnaminson, New Jersey location.
